Rooftops, shops and everything with a roll-up door
Service, replacement and scheduled maintenance for Panhandle businesses — where dust gets in faster and a failure costs trading hours.
The units nobody looks at until they stop
Packaged rooftop units take the weather straight on out here: grit on the condenser coil, sand in the economiser, belts that wear faster than the schedule says. Most of what goes wrong is visible months ahead of the failure, if somebody is on the roof.
We service what is there, replace what is finished, and write down the model and the condition of each unit so the next visit starts from a record rather than a guess.
Different rooms, different problems
- Shops and restaurantsDoors that open all day, kitchen exhaust pulling air out, and a front of house that has to stay comfortable anyway. Make-up air is usually the real subject.
- Offices and clinicsZones that fight each other, a server room that runs warm all year, and schedules that were set years ago for different hours.
- Warehouses and shops with roll-upsHeating a volume, not a room. Dust loading here is in a different class and the filter programme has to reflect it.
- Small industrial unitsProcess heat, ventilation and equipment rooms — plus the office at the front that has an entirely different problem.
A filter programme that matches the site
On a dusty site the standard quarterly filter change is often wrong in both directions — too rare at the loading dock, unnecessary in the front office. We set intervals per unit and per area, log them, and adjust once we have seen how fast they actually load.
Coil cleaning, belts, drains, economiser dampers and electrical checks go on the same schedule.
What we need from you on the call
It shortens the visit considerably, and sometimes it means the right part is already on the van.
- Which unitThe roof number or the area it serves, if the units are marked.
- What it is doingNot cooling, not heating, tripping, noisy, leaking — and since when.
- AccessRoof hatch or ladder, keys, and who lets us in outside trading hours.
