Who we work for

Two different jobs, one shop

A house and a building fail in different ways and on different schedules. We keep both sides of the work, and we do not pretend they are the same visit.

Homes

Repairs, replacements, ducts and filtration for houses across Amarillo, Canyon and the towns around them.

  • Furnace and heat pump repair
  • System replacement, sized from the house
  • Duct sealing and return-air fixes
  • Better filtration for dusty sites

Business

Rooftop units, split systems and planned maintenance for shops, offices, clinics and light industrial units.

  • Rooftop unit service and change-outs
  • Scheduled filter and coil programmes
  • Controls and occupancy schedules
  • Make-up air and pressure problems
Dust check

How often should your filter actually be changed?

The interval printed on the box assumes a suburb with paved streets. A caliche road, a field on the windward side, a shop with a roll-up door or a remodel in progress all shorten it — sometimes by a lot.

Answer six questions about the site and get an exposure score, an interval to start with, and the things worth checking beyond the filter.

Questions

Before you call

How often should I change the filter in Amarillo?

More often than the box says on most sites here. Unpaved roads, open ground upwind and windy spells all shorten it — our dust check gives you a starting interval for your own site.

Do you work on businesses as well as houses?

Yes. Rooftop units, split systems and scheduled maintenance for shops, offices, clinics and light industrial units, alongside the residential work.

Will I know the price before the work starts?

Yes. We diagnose first and then give you the price in writing, with the options where more than one repair makes sense.

Is a heat pump sensible in the Panhandle?

It can be, and it is worth comparing against gas heating for your house. The honest answer depends on your gas and electric rates and how the backup heat is set up, so we go through both.

My airflow is weak but the filter is new. What else could it be?

A packed blower wheel, a dirty indoor coil, a crushed or leaking duct, or a return that is too small. All four are measurable, which is why we measure before quoting.

Which areas do you cover?

Amarillo, Canyon, Bushland, Hereford, Dumas, Borger and Panhandle.
